Who we are
Fire Lens Productions Limited ("we", "us") is a media production company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy coversfirelensproductions.com. For anything relating to your data, contact hello@firelensproductions.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you actively give us, plus anonymous usage figures.

What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not build profiles of visitors or attempt to identify you across sites.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors — which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.
Third-party services set their own cookies only once you interact with them. The Calendly booking calendar loads only when you choose to open it, and the video player loads only when you play a film. Until then, neither runs.

How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return. Anonymous analytics carries no personal data and is retained in aggregate. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will do it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@firelensproductions.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 or the UK/EU GDPR.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious rather than quietly slipped in.
