This website is operated by Fire Lens Productions Limited, registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

An overview of our work and services. Nothing here is a contractual offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees — agreed after a discovery call, never by using this website.

Intellectual property

All films, photographs, text, design and brand assets on this site are owned by Fire Lens Productions Limited or used with permission from the clients they were produced for. Client names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their owners and appear here to identify work we produced.

You may not reproduce, redistribute or use our films or photographs without written permission. This includes use as reference, as training data, or in a portfolio that is not ours. Sharing a link to a page is always fine.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or current at all times. Timelines and descriptions of services are indicative — what applies to your project is what is written in your agreement.

No prices appear on this site. Any figure quoted to you comes from a written proposal, not from this website.

Third-party services

Booking runs through Calendly and video playback through bunny.net. Those services have their own terms, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party services being unavailable.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of it or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
